The event will be attended by key speakers from the legal and academic industry, namely:

- Patrick Thieffry, independent arbitrator and co-chair of the Task Force on Arbitration of Climate Change Related Disputes at the International Chamber of Commerce

- Jorge Viñuales, Professor, the Harold Samuel Professor of Law and Environmental Policy at Cambridge University, Founder and director of the Cambridge Center for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance

- Laure Nguyen, Counsel, specialist of environmental law and related litigation, in charge of the seminar on industrial environmental law at the Institute of Public Business Law (IDPA) of the Paris Bar School.
